Unlocking a Nokia 6500 (3 Mobile)

Anybody know the best and cheapest method to unlock this phone? (Nokia 6500 Slide [reads 6500s-1 inside the phone])

My cousin has rather kindly given me hers as she now has the Iphone, but it won't accept my o2 sim.

I've tried some unlock codes generated from legit websites but am giving up after three goes with different codes as I don't want to hardlock the phone!

Hi, I havn't yet as I hear they charge about £15-20 which is more than it costs to get an unlock in a shop

Tried ringing three, their phone system makes no sense.. oh dear!

Why not just take it to a high st mobile phone shop??...im pretty sure they will unlock it for you.
