Unlocking Athon II X3, What voltage?

Not sure about that motherboard but on mine all I need to do to unlock the hidden L3 cache is to put ACC setting on 'All Cores' and click manual voltage to open up vcore settings.
Also have you checked to see if there is any new BIOS updates for your mobo?
