Unlocking Three iPhone 4S

Hi,

I've called three 5 times now and filled in the form on their website twice and they still won't unlock my iPhone 4S.

Is there another way of doing this, I just want to get rid of them.

They say there's some issue with unlock it as I got it replaced by Apple under warranty.

Are you sure it isn't unlocked already? Apple usually provide unlocked phones as replacements.
