Slight problem with my laptop, hopefully it can be mended from advice on here rather than having to send it to them clowns at tech support. Turned my laptop on friday night started up ok, got the black windows loading screen then blue screen of death saying Unmountable boot volume see screen shot, then just restarts and says same thing.
i havnt installed any thing new and was ok last time i turned it off.
It is a newish computer but the other month the power adapter blew up so had to send it all away and since it came back from there norton had been crupted and it had been acting a bit odd.
Any ideas.
