Unpaid item eBay

What do I do to recoop my listing fees. Kinda annoyed but looks like a genuine mistake.

Received this email from some dude who bid on a camera lens but does not want to pay.

I know I can file a complaint to get my fees back, but is there another way?

Hello Lee,

I would like explain the situation: the time I was bidding for the lens, I did not realize it is not a VR one (that I am interested in) - which is my fault, of course.

I do realize this is a breach of eBay policy, nevertheless, I do not want to complete the transaction.

I hope there is some way to solve this situation such as selling it to bidder No.4 from the bidding list whose bid was just [FONT=Arial, Verdana]£[/FONT]2 less.
