Unpark cores

Only do it if you are having problems - some games like BF4 if you need to do it you will notice them stuttering badly at times, etc.

Largely it doesn't put significant extra stress on a desktop system but you might find it produces a little extra heat on laptop i7s which might not be ideal - I've got the tweak done on both of the i7 systems in my sig without any issues.

would not say im having problems just trying to squeze that we extra bit if its safe to do so ;)

Generally I don't see any performance benefits from it - a small number of games are night and day smoother with the tweak with some of them having decent framerate boost as well but not all - but not everyone needs to do the tweak to get them performing as they should.

what op you using, i used the reg hack method on win 7 but its not needed on win 10

Yes agree, I remember it made a difference in some games in windows 7 but since I updated to windows 10 never noticed the need for it, I think windows 10 manages the cores better than what windows 7 did.. One of the few benefits of windows 10 ..
