All of the cables, including the white co-axial one, to be unplugged.

Is this ok? Being as its screwed in, I'm a bit cautious.

Blueyonder won't answer my question

Aye you can unplug all the cables.....just be careful of the copper 'middle' bit when you screw the coax back on, if that bends you will have a few probs slotting it back in.

Mine has been unscrewed, laid somewhere else in the house / shed and then all put together again and still no problems.

God bless the techs that put mine in when I was at work. Told the Mrs to ask them to leave a bit extra cable on so I could move it about. The amount they left would let me move the modem to the next county!!
