Noob question here guys. Just come across this video on YouTube. Pretty amazing video imagery wise. Is this basically a new engine that will be used in the coming years for developers to make games?????

A lot of it seems to be 3D scanned realworld objects the rest is pretty much what Unreal Engine can do anyhow.
