Unreal Engine 5 - unbelievable.

Just a shame this is shown 5 years ago and we get an ******** version of it in modern games....

Tech demos aren't games. It's easy to make a super shallow demonstration of some tech look good when you don't have to worry about all the gameplay systems that go into actually creating a real title.

Odd isnt it. Is it just a complete fabrication that it is running in real time on a ps5?

I mean, we have PCs many times more powerful than a ps5 now, and there still isnt a game that looks anywhere close to that demo.

Hellblade Ii may be the closest use of the landscape geometry to the demo but that game is on rails.

I tried out the demo and wasn't really that impressed, compared to past Nvidia demos it is very rough around the edges and fidelity of texture quality isn't really high.

This looks like something that should be running at 120fps on a 980Ti

Assetto Corsa Rally seems to have a decent base line to build from considering it's early access!!
