Does anyone know of any good UT3 clans, or are anyone here made there own UT3 clan? Or maybe does anyone want to start a UT3 clan?

The best thing to do is to keep an eye out for clan tags in public deathmatches. You can ask them in game about their clan and if they're recruiting.
Obviously don't bother asking them if they wipe the floor with you, so find someone your own level to start with.
