I don't see Epic making any statement and the link in the post you'e linked to is broken, I don't trust anything that isn't from the developers/publishers mouths.

I hope it is true though!
 
So sick and tired of UT04 , well not sick... just really want the "update"
Playing Goose, Campgrounds, Rankin, Under and Grendelkeep over and over and over for the past god-knows how long :(

FINALLY! Hopefully this is a SOLID release date! I can't wait for this! This really is going to be a great year for gaming! Especially if Crysis get's thier finger out :D
