This is kinda bonkers right ? Granted the game might suck or be nothing more than a tech demo or whatever but from a purely photorealistic perspective this is a level above anything I’ve seen before.

Assetto Corsa is capable of that now, it's all about the colour grading and AO. There have been new maps made lately that look the same in that department

This game looks more realsitic due to the camera work.

The AC tracks i have seen using photogrammetry look awful due to them using satellite imagery like MSFS. Everything looks melted. Whereas this looks amazing as it’s not using overhead satellite data (presumably ?).

Have you got any links to ones that actually look good ?

The tree's are from racedepartment i think in a free mod
