unsecure payment?

I have registered with a website so I can download a cd from them and when I go to pay it says the page is not https. there is no yellow padlock at the bottom the of screen either but on the page it says secure payment page. Are they lieing?

it says connection:SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange

edit - are good not coming up with my payment page! ill go ahead with it

yeh, cheers spawn, i found it was secure from the properties. Purchased and downloading my album now. First album ive bought online but i really like the tracks and would be VERY hard to come by. (apart from the live sets of them i got yesterday)
