Unstable Internet

I have posted this on the o2 forums aswell but will hopefully get some more help here.

The problem is my o2 internet keeps lagging out and has been doing it over the last two days, I have switch over my DG834GT back the the wirelessbox 3 I got from o2 but its worse on this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Well my connection droped over night and is now at 9Mbps and the SN Margin is fluctuating between 5 and 13. Its a lot smother than it was but i am still getting little 2 second freezes in games.
