Ok, after adding a northbridge cooler, reseating it and passing S&M CPU tests and prime95 small FFT's the system is stable.......for an hour. Then it freezes and i have to force restart it.

I've ruled out the CPU (with the above test), Memory (Memtest and S&M memory test) and hard drives (HD Tune)

Info:

Antec Neo 500w
Asus P5N-E
CPU E6400 @ 3.2ghz and 1.375v with +100mv
Memory @ 800mhz and 2.1v (should be 1066mhz and 2.2v) 1:1 with the CPU
640mb 8800 GTS @ stock

Temps:

CPU 33-35c idle and 40-44c 100% load
Northbridge Unknown
Memory Unknown
Graphics 45-51c idle and 60-70c load

Anyone have any ideas where to go next?

Thanks

Basically, the chip goes down the creek. To be honest, as long as temperatures don't get silly you won't see any lasting effects for at least a few years. Start putting 2-2.5V in and see what happens :D.
