Tried running Super pi last night on the 32M test and after the second or third test it fails saying "NO EXACT IN ROUND", but it runs fine on lower values (done up to 8M).
Also i ran the OCCT torture test and it failed after 22mins.

Does that mean something is unstable?

My specs (all @ stock, only had the chip few days):
SD 3700+
Asrock Dual sata mobo
1GB Geil Ultra X @ DDR 333 2.5-2-2-5 T2
9800PRO

Yep that means something is unstable.

A couple of easy checks , are temps ok ? is the memory running within spec?

after all of that check that your Processor is running at stock voltage on my DFI it didn’t run 100% properly when left to auto but fine when manually selected.

Does your pc pass memtest?
