Unsure what cpu to buy.

Been looking at the 1600 and this board for a build fopr my daughter.

What Ram would you suggest to get the best performance from the chip? (I might even get her the 1700 yet)

You would want to get as fast as possible. Something like the 3200MHz G.Skill or Team Group brand are known to work very well with Ryzen.

These for example but fast RAM is expensive. You may save a few quid going to 3000MHz.

These are on Samsung b-die, tight timings and good speeds, which is what ryzen likes. More expensive though
