Untitled Document

My CS3 generated homepage is displaying 'Untitled Document' even though i've changed the title.

Can anyone help me fix it?

Your index.html frame is setting your page title.

As a side note, frames are generally considered bad these days..

Use templates (or indeed includes) instead to keep everything looking uniform and consistent.

Incidentally, having your images hosted on photobucket means they load very slowly. It's like waiting for cancer.
