Unwanted EDGE Connection....

Is there a simple way to disable the EDGE capability of an iPhone? I jus clocked the missus's mobby as having some data sent and received via EDGE even tho she has no idea how that has happened n with not having the unlimited data bolt-on means she is gonna be payin out for this anon useage

Install 'Services' from installer and you can switch it off, along with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and SSH. All from one app, pretty handy.

Without jailbreaking you could just edit the EDGE connection details in the settings so the username/password are wrong

Strangest thing is happening.... whenever I select the EDGE connection and press OFF, whenever I go back to the services app its back ON by default All I want to do is turn it off and keep it off

EDGE settings were lost after 1.1.2.

There another apps call BossPref and that does the same thing and works
