Up arrow on keyboard suddenly dead?

I've got the CoolerMaster MasterKeys L PBT Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Cherry MX Brown Switches from OCUK (no longer sold) which I've had for almost three years, I was playing Path of Exile and my overlay map was constantly scrolling downwards (which is done by pressing up), I fixed this by pressing upwards on the numpad as my up arrow key didn't appear to be working. Turns out it is indeed not working, I've tried resetting the keyboard (holding FN+right alt whilst plugging it back in and also holding FN+E), I also tried input in BIOS and there the up-arrow also did nothing, lastly I made a script in autohotkey to bind the up-arrow key to perform a different keypress and that also does nothing.

So has one of my keys just randomly died or could I have pressed something to cause this? Oo

Also if it is dead I'll take this opportunity to ask for recommendations for a replacement given this keyboard is no longer sold. I'd be after the same cherry mx brown switches with a very similar keyboard layout, ideally exactly the same and I don't care for rbg stuffs

Thanks

Seems to be working fine now, thanks for the suggestion EsaT

Do you have multimeter, or know someone who could borrow you one?
You could see if you can open keyboard and measure operation of switch.
It should be relatively simple to buy new MX Brown switch and change it in case switch has failed, which can happen.
(of course needing soldering iron)
