I took advantage of the Samsung VAT back offer on a monitor a few months ago, it took about 6 weeks to come through due to popularity, but yea it was a fairly painless process and I had the money directly paid to my bank account. It ended up making my purchase a really good deal.

i still dont get when one can buy 2x256giggers over a 512gig, the 512gig being 1 drive should clearly be £300 or £280 not £480 lol

I was hoping O.C would give same price better price than elsewhere but sadly not so ordered elsewhere.

You are very negative in near all threads at OcUK. If your not constructive do not post.

We have been over how the rebuy on these is higher than current stocks and how it makes no financial sense to sell at a loss so please quit with the negativity.

Well im glad you pointed that out, think my day will run a lot smoother now!

Great prices Ocuk as normal so tempted with with a 512 early xmas present from the wife :P

hopefully prices will come back down a bit, yeah noticed a lot of flash drives now gone up in price and 32gig flashes are no longer around a tenner :( well not the usb 3.0 ones lol

not bad for the 256gb £135.99 after cashback

only a 5er less than my purchase here last month considering that they should be getting higher

Bought a 128GB 830 for our secondary PC last week - partly because it could do with speeding up and also to allow me to do the "how do I move C: to the SSD while leaving D: on the HDD and enable AHCI as well" experiments there! Anyway, after a bit of fighting with Norton Ghost, disk signature clashes etc got it done and WOW - response speed up is amazing.

So, 256GB 830 for main PC should now be on its way! (£20 cashback was the final required nudge ... not forgetting the £3 off the mounting bracket in TWO!)

N.b. googling found it £10 cheaper elsewhere .... except for one site when you went to that site it was an "after cashback" price + at another site it said "in stock" until you put it in your basket. Lesson learnt, back to OCUK!

Indeed, I picked my last up for £140 from here! Didn't get my free Haribo though :(

Just got another one on the way for £129.10 after cashback woo :D

You are very wrong im not negative in nearly all threads as i only post when im interested in an item for sale so please get your facts correct.

Facts are more than correct. There is a difference between being constructive and hindering our business. This forum is a business tool that our customers are more than welcome to use provided it is treated with respect. If you have issues with pricing, service or any other matter relating to OcUK then there is a customer service section where thoughts and/or feelings can be posted.

I see we are not going to agree and thats fine really but maybe you should make your comments to other members who also make negative comments.
