Upain! (Uplay help)

Hello,
Tried to log on to my Uplay account yesterday only for the client to have forgotten my details, after entering my details I still couldn’t log in. I’ve tried a password re-set and am kindly informed that:

“No account was found matching those entries. No email will be sent.”

Does anyone know how I can contact ubisoft without an account? I luckily sill have an e-mail confirming one of my game orders…

I’m sure you are all aware but Uplay is truly dreadful…

I’m worried as I had a “friend” on Uplay and I now don’t appear as a contact for them?

Sounds like either the account has been deleted or stolen.
Id message ubi asap. Either create a second account or hunt on their site for a help forum. Sorry i cant be more help atm.
 
Check your old emails for your original sign up details, or a receipt for a previously purchased game. Your account details will be on it.
 
Set up a new account and e-mailed Ubisoft from it...no doubt I'll hear back in only a matter of weeks...

Got my account back, Uplay were actually quite quick to respond, I had plenty of proof to prove the game was mine, I know have a "friend" I didn't have before my account was hacked, I'm guessing this is a mate of whoever stole my account? The name is "Xansar", I've blocked the person...

The hacker had set up a e-mail address very similar to mine (but at Yahoo) and used my birthday details etc. quite worrying really...I've changed all my details now.
