Its a complete remake of Half Life 1 being tranformed onto the source engine with new graphics, physics the lot.
Screenshots look amazing and I can't wait to see it finished and to play it.

Its being done by an independant team of enthusiasts which aren't associated with Valve.
No idea when it'll be done though.
