Need some advice on how to fix this. Updated bios on B450 Aorus Pro wifi Itx and now freezes on Aorus logo screen. Won't let me into Bios or anything. Was on version F2, attempted to go to F32 as advised on Gigabyte site. Found this YouTube video that describes issue pretty well, though I can't even get to Bios. https://youtu.be/bOPQAaLlOWA strange that the guy on here found that version F40 had been added, even tho he also tried to add F32...

Card is in warranty, not sure whether this would be covered though?

Any advice?

Edit.. Managed to reset cmos and get back into Bios, and windows. It's just lots slower. Should I keep updating as per Gigabyte website to the latest version or go back to original F2?? This is my first time dabbling with Bios and probably last. All this just to get a Nvme drive working...

Did you update Chipset drivers first?

Quoted from F30 bios description.

Note : Update AMD Chipset Driver 18.50.16.01 or later version before updating to this BIOS.

If you do get it working and intend to update to the latest bios (f51E), you may have to do the extra steps at bios version F40.

Note:
1. If you are using Q-Flash Utility to update BIOS, make sure you have updated BIOS to F32 before F40
2. Before update BIOS to F40, you have to install EC FW Update Tool (B19.0517.1 or later version) to avoid 4DIMM DDR incompatibility on 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™ CPU.

Yes, followed all instructions. Just working through the EC FW Update Tool. Then to F41, then to F50.. Hopefully.

Spoke too soon, getting a blue windows stop code error screen on startup.

EDIT:
This has now gone, however the NVME is still not appearing in Disk Manager - it is in the BIOS though. Am perplexed and run out of options.

That should be it.

When i did mine i had to disable CSM in bios, so you may have to do the same.

Also, i didn't partition or format my NVME. Just let the Windows USB do its thing.

Done CSM. To be honest, the PC is working now and BIOS seem fine, just not finding the NVME in Windows. Am going to send it back and get a normal SATA SSD.

Is there anything in Device Manager/Storage Controllers?

https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/...ing-up-in-windows-on-amd-system.264448/page-2

I just happened to be running through Device Manager and saw something under Storage Controllers called AMD RAID something something(I don't remember exactly what it said, I was just happy to find it and quickly right clicked on it and uninstalled it). I force removed the device and it's drivers through Device Manager, rebooted Windows and BAM I can see the NVMe Drive now!

Might just be broken  That's what happens with broken USB flash drives

Obvious question, but have you tried booting into something like Linux from a bootable USB drive to see if it is seen there? Will answer they question if it is broken.
