update bios via usb on 965p-ds3 : how??

Hi
Got the same mobo and when I tried to flash with a USB key but without success no matter what I tried, though the smallest I have is 1Gb - as I had a floppy drive/disk handy I simply used that. My only tip would be to try a much smaller key if possible in case there is some limit on size.

goto http://www.bootdisk.com/
download the flashcd.zip (link under "1.44")
follow the instructions in the txt file.
This works for cd boot and can be modified for usb.
