Update BIOS without flashdrive MSI boards

Hello all,

I've got a MSI P67A-GD65 motherboard but it's got the out the box BIOS installed I've downloaded Live Update 4, but that doesnt seem to update,

Is their away for me to update the BIOS without useing a 2/4gig memory card, or can I update the BIOS while in Windows?

I would recommend against updating BIOS in windows. You can usually use Flash, Floppy or even a CDrom.

I flashed my GD55 to the latest firmware using the bios and usb stick
