Update bios

I've just downloaded the P35-DS3R F4 bios to my desktop and i now have these files

, where do i go from here to flash these to my mobo so that i have the lastest firmware?

Make a ms-dos boot disk and put the files on it, reboot to dos and run the autoexec (might run itself automatically, make sure the files are in the root) file, or put flash895 and the .f4 file alone and run it after booting with the bootdisk and type in the .f4 filename manually.

Hold up i just realised how the hell did i post this in CPU section. Egg & my face much.

Edit: That seems quite technical, is there not a simpler way?
