update bios?.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

1 x Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE (AMD AM4) DDR4 X570 Chipset ATX Motherboard= £209.99

Total: £220.49 (includes shipping: £10.50)

I'm getting this motherboard with my new pc which has only just been released and already a bios update. If not broken and works is it best not to update it. It adds.

Update AGESA 1.0.0.3AB
Add Three Profiles for PCH Fan (Silent/ Balance/ Performance mode)

So if its not updated to latest bios should I leave it as?.

Sorry just getting excited now and it been 6 days and not bugged ocuk yet with any emails asking how long. Which I wont lol.

With my X570 Ultra, I didn't update the bios, and it didn't work.
So I removed all components, and did the flashback to update the bios.
It worked and I got going.

So I recommend updating the bios first.

Generally speaking the BIOS updates are a good thing with AMD CPUs as the AGESA updates help with CPU performance and control.

Yes, especially this early in the release cycle and with new motherboards/chipsets.

Yes, using Q-Flash Plus button is fine.
