Update or download waiting.....

Having an issue with iPad
When ever I try to update any apps or download new apps from App Store I get the icon on the SB but I just get a waiting icon, download doesn't start or nothing, had a quick google but the seems to be no definite fix,
Any one else had this and managed a fix

I normally get this if my iPad doesn't have enough space to complete the download/install.

It's a 64gb is isn't half full

In that case checked for stalled downloads in iTunes on the iPad:

iTunes - Downloads

Remove anything that is queued up.

Yeah I think this a known issue which happens a lot to myself and others also. Must be some bug
