I Updated the drivers to 16.12.2 graphic got much better loaded a little quicker, I tested the game for about 1 hour before it crashed.

Update: Looks like its a issue with the latest AMD mantle, I switched to Direct X 11 and it works fine in ultra

Isn't Mantle nowadays not supported and not included in the drivers for 6 months now? What game you play using Mantle?

Dragon age 3 but it turns out that's not the issue, I dont know what it could be this only started happening after I updated the driver pack (driver and other software that comes with it)

Which were your previous drivers?

Because AMD has stopped developing Mantle since March 2015, and from 15.8 drivers onwards (August 2015) Dragon Age Inquisition is crashing and not "officially" supported by the developers regarding Mantle.
