Updated Overclocking Guide...

Hi Guys, just read the overclocking for beginners - excellent read.

Would one of you experts be willing to update it? it seems kind of out of date.
Also a section on over clocking memory would be great...

I wondered what sticky he was talkin about as well. But the one i pointed out is very out of date.

The overclocking one is still quite current...?

Besides, it's not as if overclocking of memory has changed significantly since I got into the game around five year ago...
