Updated to iOS 7 and latest iTunes, and can no longer drag and drop

For some reason it simply will not let me drag and drop from Windows Explorer to the attached device in iTunes. Anyone else encountering the same problem?

I've tried with both iPad 3 and iPhone 5.

Seems to be a Windows 8 error. It won't drag and drop after awoken from Sleep mode, but is fine after a reboot.
