Hello All,

My main PC has a Windows 10 licence.

I've just bought a couple of cheap keys on-line to register a second PC and a VM.

I remote desktop'd to my second PC (from my main) and activated the new licence.

unfortunately (like an idiot!) I managed to "update" my main PC and not the PC I'd remote desktop'd into!
(clicked the serch bar and didn't realise it was my main PC and not the one I'd remote desktop'd into)

Is there anyway to revert back to my old perfectly fine key or get it back in anyway?

Thanks,

Change it the same way. You backed up your key right?

You'd think so wouldn't you!

Think I've managed to revert (kinda lost track of my keys as I occasionally build for family and friends).

For the record I can't see my key once it's installed, none of the CMD or PowerShell scripts work for me and I don't fancy installing a third party app.

Cheers,

Try a system restore?
