Yup part of sting fanclub so we should get the tickets before general public :)

Cant wait to see this, will be awesome something I thought I would never see as im young

As yet Rage are just playing the one night at Coachella, but I hope and pray to everything that is holy and good in the world that more comes of it.

me too !

DP where down for only coachella comeback last year but it got such good feedback they did a full tour Wooo

can only pray that the same happens with RATM

Audioslave > Rage Against The Machine imo

But still would be bloody amazing to see them. But personally I'm more excited about The Police. If I can, or even if I can't, I will do whatever I need to to get to see them. :)

Yeah Audioslave we're better imo too, pity they split without touring the latest album, never got to see them live. :(

Couldn't disagree more to be honest, Rage and Soundgarden were way beyond Audioslave in my opinion, funny how different people react to the same thing though, the wonders of music eh?

Indeed. :) I was gearing up for a "DON'T BE SO NARROW MINDED ABOUT MUSIC!" comment when I read the first part of your post. But you seem pretty sound about it.

But yeah, it's all good, just subjective.

Yeah I just found that out about 10 minutes ago coincidently.

But this could mean that Rage Against The Machine reform permanently. I bet that they play either Glastonbury or Download this year. ;) Chris may have been getting annoyed that they were playing all these festivals and decided to call it quits, and leave on his own terms rather than waiting for them to disintegrate.

agreed, cannot believe people say that Audioslave are better then Rage, it is just blasphemy

The first two RATM albums are immense/breathtaking compared to valium induced pile of cack that was Out of Exile

perhaps a knee jerk reaction on my part, apologies to those who I have offended
Nah it's cool lol. Most people prefer Rage and Soundgarden, I'm just in the minority that prefer Audioslave and am burnt to a crisp.

Indeed, to be fair the first album is OK and Revelations has it moments.
