Updates to external stats really slow

It seems Stanford is very late updating the external stats providers at the moment. I completed a WU at around 21:00 last night but it still doesn't show in EOC or Kakao stats. If you look at EOC stats you can see that no-one received any points in the 06:00 BST update. Is this a known problem at Stanford or are they hiding their heads in the sand?
 
I think it's more than just a one-off as I've noticed similar 'zero-updates' a couple of times over the weekend. I shall keep an eye on it....
