Updating 5970 BIOS?

Is it worth while updating the BIOS on my 5970 BE? The BIOS I have is:

012.020.000.028.037492

I've seen a BIOS list here but I have no idea if these are newer/older than my current BIOS.

If I update, what changes will I see?

I flashed my powercolour to a sapphire bios, but that was to fix a specific coldboot crash that was happening. As others have said - don't bother if you're not having problems.
