updating a Flash website

Think I know the answer to this already but I have been asked if I can update a site, just add some pictures and another gallery to it. No problem I though, however on closer inspection it looks to be a flash site with everything looking to be living in a .swf file so I take it this will be a chew on if I don't have Adobe Flash?
I have tried a free converter and editor but the converter takes out all the action script and the editor is useless.

Any other tools I can use or would it be best to pass on this one?

Unless you can get hold of the original .fla file, pass. It will be a world of pain.
