Updating Bios & Re-sizeable bar

I have a B450 Max and my BIOS is really out of date ( end of 2020 )

If I want to update to the latest version do I have to do it one by one ( in a certain order ) ? Or can I just flash the newest BIOS fw ?

I'm asking as a few years back, I had to update them in a specific order, one after the other - until I got to the latest

Also. Is it worth using Resizeable bar in the BIOS or not ? I have a 3600 cpu and 3060ti GPU

You can generally jump to the latest version, only Gigabyte seem to force you to update to nearly every release before the latest.

Enable it, for the few games that use it it's free performance.
