Hey all,
before i start i did try doing a search of the forums but you wouldnt believe how many results "Updating Bios" throws up
Anyway i have a Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe Crossfire (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard and it has this problem with source games and also bf2 where they stutter, apparently a bios update will fix this (according to this site )
Anyway i have the bios downloaded but how the hell do install them? i cant find the manual that came with the motherboard
although i do have the one that has every language BUT english! 
I looked on the asus website and downloaded 2 different manuals, one was in chineese and the other was total jibberish. anyone who could talk me through the process or send a helpful link myway would me much appreciated!
