ive never updated bios and ive read a few post and threads but find it quite confusing could some one teel me simple or give me a link please

thanks greatly apreciated
 
The method varies between manufacturers and models.. in the last few years you can just download a Windows tool and BIOS file from the manufacturers website.. just a few clicks to update. Older boards will require you to make a bootable floppy disk or cd and run a DOS update program.

What motherboard do you have?
