basically; im looking to update my bios but am a bit confused 
, firstly on the site for my J&W ip35 pro there are 5 different ones to choose from so how do i tell which one i need (is it just the latest one or will i need all of them?)
secondly; they all come in .BIN format and im not sure how to access these files
EDIT: Main problem i have are: Unable to switch on pc first time (takes a few presses before 'power-on' (this is getting worse) and...
Marvell LAN Device is not present in windows at startup (takes a while of 'scanning for new hardware' before i can access it)
