Updating BIOS

Hi,
I have this OC'd bundle from ocuk http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-035-OB
and on checking the bios with @BIOS it dosn't recognise it,i have downloaded a program and it tell's me i'm using v.F10,
there is a newer version F11 i havn't got any problems that i know of but is it worth me upgrading and will i loose my OC? (there is a checkbox on the BIOS update utillity to uncheck reset cmos)

I quite agree do not fix what ain't broke.

AND please do not use OS based applications to flash your bios. EVER, I know that some people will say it worked for them and their mates but 90% of borked boards I get back are because of a failed OS based BIOS flash. It is so easy to do in the bios that I can not for the life of me understand why anyone would go the risky route.

Sorry about the rant.
