Updating Bios

I am trying to update the bios on an Asus P5VD2-VM motherboardd. When I get into the flash utilty in the bios it only shows the path to A and C. The PC has no floppy disk drive.

I have the updated bios on both a USB pen drive and a DVD. I am just not getting the option to choose either of them?

Any ideas what I can try?

Is your pen drive formatted to FAT32?

I think that's the only format which will be recognised by the BIOS.
