Updating Live

I wanted to add a section to my personal website which would allow visitors to add comments so they appear "in real time"....

what is this feature called?

are there any tutorials on how to achieve this?

all help and advise would be most appreciated

I think you can get "Shout Boxes" but I personnally don't think there the best way of putting comments on a site accross. Do a google for a script.
