Updating Pro Evo Soccer 3

I found this game in a CD wallet of games which I had completely forgotten about.

Is there any patch that updates the game with the correct names for players?

I know this game isn't exactly recent, but a more recent update would be good.

I'd seriously doubt if there are any new updates for this as most patch makers stop work on the older games as soon as the new one comes out.

Best to have a look on pesfan and evoweb. Even better off probably buying pes5
