updating the motherboard

Hello all, i have a Gigabyte GA-MA69VM-S2 motherboard and i want to update its BIOS, however i've never done it before and am abit nervous about it, so i was wondering if someone could please help me go through a step by step process of doing it?

Sorry i forgot to put i have a AMD Phenom X3 8450

go to the bios and set all the settings back to default using the option on the main screen

and then use the gigabyte update program in windows you should be able to download it

Download the pdf that is applicable to your board.

They are real easy to follow. If you can't follow these then flashing the BIOS should be left alone.
