updating website from excel

i have a website that sells products..

i want to be able to upload an excel sheets to update pricing and stock etc


so the excel would look like this

and the website would look like this

If your shopping cart has been built with an excel import function in mind..

the website at the minute is purely static html code

is this a big job for someone who doesnt know how to write sql or php?

if you could provide a simple example of how this would work i wil try and incorperate it into my site(that im still building)
