Upgade Spec?

Hi
I'm thinking of upgrading my current system:
Current system
CPU:Intel E6600
Motherboard: Asrock 4Core 1333
Memory: 2Gb DDR2
Power Supply:OCZ 520w
Graphics Card: HD6850
Upgrade Spec
CPU: i5 3570K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77-D3H
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600Mhz
Power Supply: Cooler Master 650w
Graphics Card: HD7850
This spec is the Gamer rig from PC Gamer magazine so I thought it would be a good starting point. I will probably hold off the graphics card for now as my current one is not causing me any problems at this time.
