Upgading

Hi all

I am thinking about upgrading my current rig.

4670K
GTX 770
8 gig RAM
600 PSU

Would a GTX 970 or an R9 390 be worth it if I stick with the 4670K.

Some of the current games appear to only make the minimum settings with my current setup.

A GTX970 would be a good upgrade.

I would say the 390 is the better card as its usually cheaper and has much more vram. look on here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18706349

If you're gaming at 1080p, 970 would be a wise choice. The 390 is worth a punt if you want a similar performing card which runs considerably hotter. I've had my fair share of green and red cards and I much prefer the greens
