upgrade 3600 to 5600x for VR worth it?

I got a 3600 to tide me over while I waited for the 5000 series but i'm not sure if i'll actually see much benefit? I can't really find much info about VR benchmarks but i was guessing they'll be around the 4k benchmarks pretty much hardly any difference!

I'm running a RTX 3090 and a Reverb G2

anyone done it?
